Suggestion title: Welcoming Clan Channels


Suggestion description: The idea is whenever someone enters a clan channel, a message appears made by the leader of the clan basically welcoming to them to their clan channel and giving a brief explanation of the clan and how to join or w/e they want to put.

And as an addition, maybe a password setting option to avoid beggers coming to channels.

I suggested something like this a few months back.
Not sure if it was declined or just never looked at.
This would be handy for communicating with everyone in the clan when there are going to be some changes.

Though my idea was meant as a message for people already in the clan, this could work as well I guess.
I hate how difficult it is to stay in touch with all your members, an in game clan message board would completely solve this.

Lets not think about a messaging popping up whenever someone joins a clan channel, let it be like this;

In every clan channel there is a button where you click it to view the clan details/requirements etc, pop up message would be annoying sometimes
