Hacking is bad for the community (Prove with pings)

Smartman essentially is the same person as Partimer, you could find out anyway.

If he lags, that also means I'm lag to him too. Does it make sense that I dealt the damage only? Right before i stop recording my HP is already at red while his HP doesn't move at all.

Asked him to fix it, he said " lag works both ways" obviously he is either hacking or forcelagging. I have seen him under 200 pings. He is always within 300 pings and above that's where he gets his K/D done so nicely.

You took the pictures after he logged into another character.
I'm pretty sure he was just AE to you, rejoining the room fixes the problem which is why you weren't able to damage him before.
