Is it Agent Error or something else?

Why cant i play today and could i play al the days before? I played yesterday and everything was fine.
Ive tried al those portforward things but when i search my ip like they said it just says: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT but the rest is working. and when i put the other ip (shorter one) then i can login but it doesnt work but it does when i login at the original site. Ive no idea what to do.. i cant follow the turoials because i cant do what they do.
