    You should download dxtory to limit your FPS.

    It will work that way, trust me. A few friends use it, and it makes their FPS stable.

    So. Uranium has helped me over teamviewer to setup dxtory and it works perfect. Steady 250 again. George, maybe you can make an official thread on this with a tutorial so windows 10 users can fix this issue. Thanks for the help guys!

    You can uninstall drivers and install new drivers for w10.

    You can restore windows 7. Settings>Update and Security>Recovery> Go back to Windows 7
