I don't see why it should be created, so much useless.
You mean dummies so that we can slash/shoot them and even insta them which people really like doing while someone is afk.

A training quest with NPC's which don't move and don't do damage should be possible.
Training "players" on which you can train insta and other stuff is a completely different story, and something that can't really be done.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
