Go to Start > Run > dxdiag > take screenshot of the page and of the tab "Display".
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

If you use wireless internet try an internet cable first.
I don't know how to do this !! would u lead me to do it ? i don't know that much in computers tho.

Most GFX-cards have a program for it that can be found with right click desktop and then running the program (most of the time it has the name of the manufacturer).

    Example (I have Nvidia):

Likely you will be prompted with a few sets of options (Might look different for you):

Refering to my first post you should set antialiasing to off

PS: language is dutch, i'm too lazy to set it to international to make it look more alike.

Well you have the Intel HD Graphics 4000 GPU which is kind of crappy, especially for gaming. It doesn't surprise me that it's making you FPS lagg.

I used HD 4000 Graphics Card on my laptop, i pull around 500-700 FPS at login screen and then 200+ in games which is satisfactorily enough to play fine.

The only solution to get a good and stable FPS would be to buy a decent desktop, laptops are usually not meant for gaming.
    Especially your laptop.
