He means when you're playing gunz close skype,google chrome etc, have only gunz open.

Well that's why I dont like integrated chips lol. Anyway yup that doesn't have such settings. How's your harddrive space? What programs is your laptop starting along all that's necessary to boot up windows? Have you tried running disk cleanup (could help, might not do much for you. Anyway go to start type ''disk cleanup'' and launch it, rest should be self explanatory, get rid of any filetype it finds.)?
