The bullet spreading from shotguns in GunZ is completely random, sure you can steer it abit but still. try to put your effect on High and just keep shooting at the wall in the same position everytime. u will see that by far every bullet comes out differently. thats why he does 20 dmg and u 10, he hits 2 bullets from the spread and u hit 1.

if u really hit and the dmg keeps 0 the only reason for that is packet loss, this can be caused by really bad connection to ur opponent or just pure shit net
