    I mean it doesn't look bad, but there's some obvious issues with it that I'll point out so you can fix.

    1. Lightcrashes : The parts of the map that should be lit, are completely black. This is b/c GTK's plugin + fsrad's lightmap generation are bad, and cause many issues apart from just light crashes.

    2. Textures aren't set properly : Screenshot 3 shows this best, you see half a window, and 3/4 of a window b/c the texture was either 1 not locked before moving, or 2 wasn't applied carefully, all textures like that one need to be fixed.

    3. The first error is going to be hard to fix b/c FSRAD is horrible for lightmapping, your best bet is to switch over to 3ds.

    These don't really match the walls textures, which looks rather weird.

    Maybe it's best to just get rid of these? They really do not seem to serve a purpose and look out of place.

    That feels like it would be better to place it behind the building (the other one on the other side would move a bit to the left too of course).

    Most likely caused by your min/max uv resolution set in your fsrad settings, also create a global illumination setup to soften shadows.

    I recently uploaded the 2010 32bit version on ragezone, you can basically find every information you need on ragezone provided by me and wucas if minor digging is done.

    Light map already fixed , Thanks tho <3
    Now thinking of adding trees & car.
