Look at your lamp post textures again and compare it with the original Town.
As for the sky -> decompile town -> copy elu+ani file + some xml code -> paste it in your Town2 folder and compile.

But I am not going to in too much detail since I do not support radiant made maps.

I will if i got Car's textures + i will try to make a good tree and keep it ( Do you think its a good idea? ) + I'm working on the lightmap, I'm trying to fix it!
