PvE, because why not?!
Maybe this helps: you can get the same result in infected as when you are the boss zombie and die, you go to the gameroom and then back in the game and you will spawn as a spectator that's able to move and kill people (however some maps will just make you suicide instantly). Maybe it's conected to this?
