I got no speedhack. you can check my PC get on TeamViwer. or skype me r0hitmehta .. no 3rd party is running. nor i'm software engineer to fix it by my own..

Go to start > run > CMD > tracert fgunz.net and tell me the ping to the last hop (or take a screenshot of the result until it's timing out)

Hmm it didn't even get close to the last hop, but seems like you have a huge ping.
Could you do "ping 198.144.120.49" instead and see what the ping is?

200-250 ping seems from from India, must be some kind of software on the computer causing it.
