    Step 1: Open Gunz.
    Step 2: Clock on replay in the corner.
    Step 3: Select your desired replay.
    Step 4: Press play.
    Step 5: ?????
    Step 6: Profit.

    .Gzr files can only be opened within GunZ client.

    You could record using a 3rd party software or the F10 recording option in game.
