[Help - Launcher] Patch failed.

I just installed Windows 8.1.
Error:- Patch failed.

Logs:-

I turned off firewall and still having this error. Though i haven't yet installed a anti-virus.

Right click this link and click on save link as then save it to the FGunZ folder > redist folder. (C:/Program Files (x86)/Freestyle GunZ Version 7/Redist/)

Tried it still patch failed.

I removed the file from the update server so if it still doesn't work, it should ignore the file in a couple of hours.

He attempted to install FGunZ using only the Launcher as it updates most of the files given the fact that he is for some reason blocked from accessing mega.co website and wasn't able to connect to most of the download links.
He also lacked of administrative rights which is mostly why the Launcher wasn't able to update most of the files.

Fixed, when i downloaded with Mega.
