It's been a while and the problem hasn't fixed
when im trying to take a screenshot or a record it says
SS : An attempt to save screenshot has failed.
Record : Saving the record has failed.
what should i do?

I have several questions.
1 - where exactly do you get the error, does it appear in the chatbox (bottom down part) or a box pops up on your screen showing you the error? Would be nice if you could screenshot the issue somehow.
2 - Where is FGunZ installed, which Local Disk?
3 - How many users/admins are there on the PC?
4 - Do you have full administrative rights?

1. It appears in chatbox plus im not sure if i can screenshot the issue maybe through my phone
