    When it's making beeping sounds, keep track of how long and how many times. That way we can figure out what it means.

    it is most likely your PSU(/voeding :p) but it can also indicate a issue with ram, hard drive or something else like cooling or motherboard

    4 short beeps is most of the time RAM problems.

    check if your graphics card is plugged in properly in the slot also.

    Regarding your 4 beeps,

    I'm about 80% sure that your processor is getting too hot, 15% sure that your RAM is causing these problems and 5% can be caused by other things. If you remove the side panel of your desktop, you should see the heat sink, can you tell us if it's covered in dust/lint/semen?

    Its clean as a whistle the computer guy cleaned it.

    Its hot as **** though but the fans work properly
