This shouldn't be too hard cause all it would do is change the id of the hair style (1~4) in the database.
This should be an option for hairstyle & faces in my opinion, and the cost should be bounty (say 10K per change).

Why bounty? It is a way to use our lovely bounty on something, also 10K is so easy to get so this should not be a problem at all.

I remember before i had my face changed to another face. i asked a gm he changed it for free for me but adding it to be used by everyone in-game would be a better idea.
