Shoutbox notification functionality.
Suggestion description:
At it's current state, the chatbox notification plays a ding/dong sound whenever someone calls my name with lower case "george"

I tried changing it to "george+George" but afterwards the function stopped working no matter if people were saying my name with upper/lower case.
Fix the functionality so we could add several words that would play sound upon someone messaging the notification words on the chatbox.

Staff & regular member commands.

Add in the next upcoming update two new commands;
For Staff members - /lobby_silence (1-5 minutes) - pretty much that would silence the whole lobby chat, would be commonly used to prevent Event Channel spam & spam/flame wars in the general channel.
For the regular members - /GM -OR- /Staff {message goes here} - whenever someone uses that command from the regular members it would notify a Game Moderator (whisper) in-case they need live assistance and/or would like to report a member at the very moment.

Crosshair client resize.
Suggestion description:
The current client of FGunZ resizes every crosshair, I noticed that the built-in crosshair 3 is one of the best crosshair that people use but for some reason the client resizes it which makes it's width & height bigger than the usual size ruining it's quality as well as making it annoying for the eyes and it makes it harder to aim the other players with it.
It happens on every custom crosshair as well, it resizes it and the crosshair loses it's quality.
Make the crosshair system if we add a crosshair for example 20x20 or 50x50 it remains the same size without the client resizing it itself.

Room functionality upon leaving a room.
Suggestion description:
One of the things that's very annoying to do while being in-game is when you leave a room that was in page 4, the client automatically returns you to the first page.
Every time I decide to check private rooms for hackers/swappers, I should head over from the first page of rooms back until page 5-6 which is very disturbing and time consuming.
