    instead of rolling back u could try a clean install could be driver conflicts between versions etc

    yes the nvidia drivers are having issues. i had issues with the drivers in windows 10 but clean install fixes it.

    Did already as i mentioned before.. i downloaded it from its site instead of CD..

    Yes i did, reinstalled them and updated to the latest version..

    i really dont know why you want the fps to be a stable 333 or 250 when your monitor cannot display more than 60. As said before the fps meter is not 100% accurate and the fps is still playable
