and my donation set and deadly katana is lost.

Strange, I could understand the donation part as Dave may of removed them but not the normal store bought items not displaying either.

If Dave has asked for your InGameName then my advise would be to PM him with your name and wait for his to respond regarding the matter.

Before Dave looks further into the issue, have you tried re-installing FGunZ completely?
IGN (In-game name) =/= character name.

yes i unistelled gunz before.. Umm.. Ops. i said Tripsik with colour. but my IGN IS: Ziline

Problem has been solved.
You had too many items in your inventory (500+) so it got bugged.
