Last time I checked, I didn't have any difficulties on how I move my character in my own style. I feel like a bit slower while playing.
I noticed that the jump height was decreased. I can't even do a bf hang or a tbf.
Has anyone experienced this? Or is it just me?

I'm not saying this because I'm a gm, but I actually find the gameplay to be alot smoother since the update. Since the fps limiter was improved once again, instead of having 170 - 210 fps.. It now stays above 200. Thats all I've really noticed thus far.

I had this once and I fixed it by deleting the config.xml file. (had something to do with a number behind some of the texture settings that changed, idk how but it did).
This is intentional. Prior to the update, you would have an unfair advantage based on your CPU's ability to render multiple frames.
Now framerate is more true to the value and will no longer have issues. I personally noticed I am hitting harder and more reliably on my PC because of the changes, whereas before I had issues with the anti-lead.

as fps wise goes ive noticed a major fps increase for my outdated pc I use2 get 50-150 fps in most maps now im gettin 100-200 which is huge
seems much smoother for me, care to give me your tv info so i can check your pc?
No worries guys, someone in-game helped me about this few days ago. Turns out that changing my maximum FPS to 250 was the solution.
