1.firewall off, antivirus off,
2.ping good
3.wifi machine 10sec out and restart
4.re download
5. computer restart.

i have tried helping him but couldn't come up with an other solution. We tried reinstalling, firewall off, antivirus off, fgunz.net is accesable and he can see servers.

if you can't access the server its very likely that something is blocking the access. try to remove/deactivate anything that might be the issue

ISP potentially blocking the ports? Try seeing if your internet/router has a firewall if so disable it.
