Yeah if it's possible, a maybe custom loadouts that the characters could have e.g. loadout 1,2,3 so for tdm,quest,sniping or something like that

It is. It's just a matter of a temporary system that records your inventory(e.g When you login, change clothes, etc) then throw a check to see if you accessed a game mode with [NC] or weapons then as the countdown for leaving the game starts, compare your temporary equipment variable to current equipment and if it doesn't match, reequip. Win.
