    That means you don't have the permission to install anything on c partition. Go to c harddrive right click > Properties change admin rights mark everythin such as over writing files and folders etc... and give admin perm to <ur pc name> apply ok reboot

    Seems like your user account on Windows does not have administrator privileges.
    Is it shared with anyone else or are you the administrator of the computer?
    It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
