League of Legends error

this application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b

Keep getting this as soon as the game starts, not even the champions loading screen appears
keeps asking me to reconnect and it shows the same error every single time
how to fix?_?

If it still does not work, try the repair button on the launcher (if you get the launcher in the first place).
And if that doesn't work just re-install the game and see if the issue is still there.

i tried the repair option in the launcher and it didnt work
also i cant seem to find directx 9 someone please link me
and ive installed net framwork, latest version, just need dx9 now
