You can report people for repetitive vote kick avoiding

You could try this yeah, but most of the time it will get declined since it's not against the rules to evade a kick. However you can always report the user for whatever you wanted to kick him/her for and in the mean time keep on rejoining and votekicking. After a while it should get really boring for the user constantly having to evade the votekick.

What about when people do /vote kick? Why do our names have to come up to show that WE are kicking them?
Who cares if our names come up. And you said "people can report the flame if they are flamed against for kicking".
There should be LESS reports about flames/kicks not more...

I'd rather the kick function be un-voidable rather than add this shit.

creative idea, but how can a server follow someone's ping if ping is relative to other people
