Is the remote domain name valid? Does it actually point to a valid IP address on your network?
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

well there is a setup wizard on the router page, on advanced settings theres a checkbox to enable VPN services, once thats done it asks me to setup a static IP or a DDNS, I choice the DDNS and setup my DDNS with NETGEAR DNS I had to create a account and a domain '' Timverdonschot.mynetgear.com ", once the DDNS were set up I were able to save the activated VPN service and a gave me a few files to export:
    ca.crt
    client.crt
    client.key
    client1.ovpn
the wizard told me to import these into: C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenVPN\config
after that I had to rename my VPN Adapter to "NETGEAR-VPN"
and run OpenVPN GUI as administrator.
once I run it the log appears I posted above and it keeps repeating that.
idk i am not really that known with vpns and stuff, i posted evrything i know.

Try to ping that domain on your computer and see if it actually resolves to an IP address.

thanx too dave issue resolved, I wasn't home so I really wasn't realising my own network, i forgot i were connecting to a bridge router ( r7000 ) and had to port forward it on my ISP modem, when dave told me too ping my DDNS i realised the firewall blocked my incoming request, issue resolved ! thankyou dave
