Judging from the pictures, it looks like another Diablo with shittier looking graphics but most likely has a better mmo aspect and wide variety of classes like it should.

Come for the action, stay for the action ... and the PvP, Crafting, Quests, Trading, Cities, Mounts, Pets, Guilds, Guild Alliances, Wars, and Dungeons that make Devilian a fully-featured MMO with a fresh perspective and devilish twist. (This is what they have on their site as a description) I wont know more till Beta. But I probably wont play it since Blade and Soul CBT is out on the 30th.

shitty pay-to-win Diablo copy like 95% of them like Drakensang etc, Path of Exile is the only decent one but it's still pretty much pay-to-win.
