TP-Link has a bunch of cheap gigabit switches that I have good experience with.
How many LAN ports do you need?
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.

TP-Link TL-SG1008D i have 2 of them they are cheap and powerfull. i haven't had any problems with them.
