I believe the user IS hitboxing. For anybody to "lead" that much, and only be 100 ping at max is unreal.

The aim is a full body away from where the other player ends up, which is what someone with ~250 ping would need to aim for to hit properly.. and the fact that a legitimate player 4 hits on the rare occasion, this user has been doing so a couple of times in the room.. but if the ping was so off, then I don't feel that 4 hitting most rounds would be possible.

To me and my personal experience in game, I feel this guy could be hitboxing.
I'll leave this for @Dave or @Adorable to sort out though, as I feel our disagreement on opinions should be sorted by somebody higher up.

Since Prone resigned I'm going to handle the report.
So yes I think the user LikeOfDeathI is indeed Hitboxing and I'm going to tell you why.
He is 90 ping to you (very important detail), now when he first played everything seemed fine but when he died and got the chance to face you he asked you to wait and minimized (suspicious isn't it?) and right after the minimize he was hitting like 200 pinger.. what I really mean is before the minimize he was aiming near the body like:
YourBody > HitHere.
And after the minimize he was hitting by aiming like this:
YourBody > > > > HitHere.
PLUS, he was hitting hard after the minimize like 2-3 shots everyone..
