From today morning I am getting to much of screen lags . And the game hangs in middle when it gets ok the fps drops from 200-300 to 5-10 . And it takes too much time from the room to game it just don't load . Same happens while I leave the game . If some 1 join the room (game) for the NAT config the screen gets lag for like 4-5 seconds . Same happens when some 1 leave the room . Please help .

PvE, because why not?!
Go to options > 1337 > multisampling > none. It's probably on 8x.
If that's not the case try deleting the config.xml file in your Freestyle GunZ folder and restart your client.
