or just lets say, allow us to make our own chatbox tabs and there we can invite whoever we want (with a limit of course)

? that is literally my suggestion wtf
like if we click a name for example "Wall-E" and I want to add Zexi, I can just click a (+) or (Add Users) somewhere on the page and add them

skype? and what if i do not know the skype of my fellow staff members? what if they dont share their skype? (half the staff)
this can be a quick fix/code
