I was watching netflix and my laptop crashed after wtf.
I got these errors.
And now my laptop is stuck at the acer screen.
It literally freezed..

What operating system are you on? And also can you get inside your operating system at all? If you can, can you get into control panel?

Has it rebooted properly? Mine used to have this problem it would hang for sometime before booting to desktop screen properly.
At the the Bluescreen did it give any message as to what cause it to shutdown? such as MEMORY_DUMP etc...

Do you remember the exact error code displayed on the screen when it happened?
If it doesn't boot anymore, then it's possible your hard drive or RAM is messed up. If it doesn't do anything anymore, consider sending it in for repair to Acer.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
Upon crash, some Windows file may have been corrupted.
See if you can put into safe mode. If so, run a disk check.

I cant get it into save mode, neither bios.anymore
Its just stuck at this stupid acer screen.
Ive tried everything. And since the store put the windows on it for me
I cant reinstall because i have no disk :/
It was windows 8.1
