GM DING DONG notification.

Suggestion description:
I say whenever someone posts a report / appeal (only GMs) will get a DING DONG notification like this one:

So in case we are In-game we can hear when a new report is posted.
Can work the same for the FM when it comes to Forum reports and Forum appeals.

Use the ding function @ chatbox and type in "Posted"
Every time someone creates a topic it will play a ding sound for you.
That's just an alternative way instead of creating a whole new function when there's an existing one.

As a Forum Moderator I'd say no, but as George posted.. change it to posted/thread.
