This has been suggested before.
It's a great idea but should be improved,
for ex: If the staff is in /hide mode his/her name wouldn't be shown

the point of this suggestion was for players to be able to see who is online.
how will they know whose on and off? im sure its much easier to just use the function to present which ugrades are on.

there should just be a chatroom for staff (like clanchat) thats always available so all staff can talk inside it and a player should be able to send a help msg that gets sent to the staff chat

limit them to a few messages or something in that sort of chat so they dont spam it, like once/twice every 30 mins
