simple question. i'm not as nerdy as most when it comes to computers, So basically all I want to know is... Can my computer handle Fallout 4? I don't want to pay the hefty price if it's going to run horribly.

Included are the results of my system spec tests, Some upgrades recommended, however, I feel maybe it's not that big of a deal?

You can run it... on the lowest settings with a low screen resolution.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

you can but on low details probably else you'll be lagging and let alone overheat if you force it with the graphics itself

is it going to be unbearable? I don't want to spend the 70 or 80 bucks only to drop playing it.

I personally wouldn't even bother with those specifications.
You can always download the torrent and test it out before you buy it.
