I'm going to perform a clean install of my OS soon, I'll come back to you here when I've done that.

I'm going to install w7 x64.

That's what I was going to tell you to do in first place because it would surely fix your issue but I wanted to figure out if I can find out what was causing it, you're the second or third guy which gets that error.
