i heard someone can be reported for rejoining the game everytime they are almost killed. if this isnt the case then insant denied ofcourse.

I'm afraid that this replay isn't enough. Not only that he failed at rejoining before he died, but you also showed us that he did it only once. You need to show us that he did it 4 times at least.
