Just google (anime character) + "render" since you need to have a general idea of how the final signature would look like and which character to fit
but the usual regualr forum sized signature is 250X500 but you can expand to 300X600, again depending on preference

99% of the renders aren't original, yet deviantartists put a watermark to mark their "great work" of removing the background, so it's not art theft to use those, but if they are you should credit the creator
