There's no declined reports section.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.

What he mean is, Declined reports should stay hidden
so also from the Complete reports.
But as my opinion i dont care either way because some reports that get declined have so much evidence on it, Its funny too read why they got declined for.

I remember when someone made a report with like 17 people being reported and all of them got declined, by me. That must've sucked,
