    When i updated my windows 8.1 to 10,when i set the resolution to 1024X768 i see half screen and when i set it 1360X768 i see normal screen,
    i want to set it to 1024X768 with normal screen

    You can try @ settings Windowed Mode.
    I guess it's buggy for you because of your monitor size, could be 4:9 / 16:9 / stretched, I wouldn't know.
    You're gonna have to deal with it I guess.

    But it was normal in windows 8.1
