WiFi is off, and iam not either downloading or doing anything while playing gunz. and its only in gunz. cuz i get holyspeed in other games

That's NAT, not much you can do about it unless you try to portforward your router.

Portforward won't always work if your ISP is blocking X amount of (range) ports.
