Go to your windows firewall @ advanced settings create new rules inside for incoming connection of both ports TCP & UDP and allow the connection, restart FG and see if you still get it.

Well if you tried all of that I wouldn't know what could be causing NAT but it's surely you, not the server or other players.

Nothing much, try restarting your router/modem and your computer as well.
Update your driver networks and pray all of that would solve your issue.
