would be nice if you could add more skillmaps, we currently only have 1-4 but there are over 20 '-' would add to the racing experience and allow vini to add those to the team run gamemode

theres 42-48 skillmaps

The reason it was declined was because developers are not interested in making new maps, especially skillmaps.
Reason being is some of them just don't feel like it - like Dave said.
Plus, some of the developers are inactive or don't specialize in map making, so it'd be hard for them to come with new maps for the same release date as the Race mode.

you don't need to make new skillmaps, they already exist. those new maps don't necessarily need to be released the same release date as the race mode, they can be added to the mode after it was released, like an update.

I mean I agree with you, I want the maps added, but I don't see any developer willing enough to take the time to do so.
The most active ones are busy doing other projects for FG already.

vini said that we need to have more maps to race in, i think he's willing enough to take the time to do so, even if he'll do it after the release of team run, it would still be nice to have new maps as skillmaps 1-4 became boring '-'
