ADWcleaner is the ultimate solution I removed unwanted toolbars, malware, malware fiiles and Malware that could be left in the registry. Also scans spyware.

yeah, many solution threads kept recommending me to use that program, but when I try to visit websites like Twitch.tv, etc. It still shows me malware popups blocked

CCleaner + MalwareBytes + getting rid of any installed program that looks suspicious manually. That did the trick for me.
Can also include a virusscan afterwards since most scan for possible rootkits too.

System restore.

the thing is if I try to use this, it will restore me to a point where the problems started occuring because it won't show me the past restore points where I didn't encounter the malwares, only a few days ago.
