the popular dead server had this function which worked pretty good. /Report [msg] notifies the current staff team who is online. We could use this pretty good to get help when we need it. And ofcourse the penalty of abusing is should be stricter than regular spam/flame.

I don't see the point of having a /report command if there's no clue or proof to be seen from that.
we deal with reports perfectly fine now, a lot of players react quickly when it comes to most things such as spam/flame

Has been suggested before, got declined. Just report the user on the forums.
