Have you installed or updated your motherboard + built-in VGA (CPU one) drivers?

Try to reinstall Geforce Experience after first removing it completely from your system. After that check your preferences to see if it doesn't accidently use beta drivers/Geforce experience.

You can redownload geforce experience here and of course the seperate drivers can also be found here (not recommended though): http://www.geforce.co.uk/

Do what he said and try download the latest version from the website. Also make sure you have all the latest .net framework.
