[Help - Error] Can't run launcher

I keep getting a error also 'update failed' when I tried to run the launcher. I did everything I could such as deleting and downloading the launcher again also turning off my firewall is there anything else maybe that I could try to fix this solution?

Yes I did and still getting the same error report

Turn of your anti-virus, it might be removing the updates right after the launcher installs them (also don't forget to turn off smart protection if your AV has it).
