Remove smoke nades

Suggestion description:
Remove smoke nades. It causes a huge fps drop and ppl are actually throwing it just to bother ppl with a not so good pc/laptop.

I keep leaving rooms because there are trolls throwing it to annoy ppl.

It will be fixed in the next patch / update (reduced lag/ fps drop)

Dave told me this fps issue was always part of gunz, but if that's the case. Then these will be gone forever. However, I have told him maybe a possible fix for this, not sure if he tod the developers about this and looked into this or not.
