every 20 - 30 seconds approx - drop in approx 20 fps for 1 second or so which slows down the gameplay then jumps back to normal.

Processor: AMD FX 9590 @ Octa Core Black Edition, Cache 16MB, 4.7GHz
Motherboard: ASUS ATX 220W CROSSHAIR V Formula-Z 990FX
Storage: 3TB HDD (7200RPM) + 500GB SSD (Game is on HDD)
Memory Ram: 16GB RAM
VGA: MSi RADEON R9 390X GAMING 8G 8GB 512BIT GDDR5

OS: Win7 64bits


My pc is clearly not the problem, since I can play other games with no problems at all (and this happened right after the update).

Dxtory shows a more accurate drop since it updates more often, in game limiter only showed it drop from 250 to 247 for me, but dxtory showed that it drops from 250 to 220. I timed it, it was about every 18 to 19 seconds.

Dont think the specs matter at this point but,

intel i7 6700K
nvidia gtx 980
16GB DDR4 3200

Also, during my last broadcast on Twitch, which was on the 10th, the problem did not exist.
My CPU usage does not spike during the FPS drops.
Also, I'm on W7.
